Window well installation includes the following:
1. Dig out area 4' x 5' area 4'- 7' depth (minimal dimension(City code)- 3'x4')
2. Cut out foundation block for window(install window)
3. Waterproof foundation and install window well using pre-formed unit , retaining wall block, timber, or boulders.
4. Add ladder and rock to base to be in compliance with City Codes.
Typical cost for complete installation, including a $800.00 window - $2800.00 - $4,400.00
